Affiliate Terms and Services Agreement

By Signing up to participate in the Current Naturals Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Current Naturals reserves the right to change these terms at any time. All changes will be communicated immediately, continued use of the program after changes are communicated will be considered an acceptance of the new Terms and Services.

Account

Upon receiving your application, we will review your information and notify you of acceptance of rejection. A member of our affiliate team may reach out to you for additional information. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at any time. Please allow up to 5 days for your application to be reviewed and notification of acceptance or rejection to be communicated. If the account is approved, a member of our affiliate team will reach out to set up a conference call to discuss next steps.

Requirements for Acceptance

• Must have an established online social media presence with at least one successful social media platform or website or credible online store.
• Agree to Current Naturals Terms and Services Agreement
• Align with our Brand Values
• Must be located within the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to promote exceptional quality videos on our website to drive business for both parties.

Payment Terms

• Approved members will earn 15% of any confirmed sale made through coupon code or link provided to you and given a 10% coupon code for customers.
• All commission payouts will be made via PayPal at the end of each month. • Commissions will be for net amounts only. Shipping and Taxes are not included.
• Affiliates must have a minimum of $100 in their account to be issued a payment. If less than $100, funds will remain in account until minimum is met.
• Any and All funds will be released if either party terminates the agreement.

Brand Values

• You cannot violate any law, rule or regulation set forth by a public entity.
• You cannot infringe on our or anyone else’s intellectual property.
• Use material with foul language, violence, or contains sexually explicit materials.
• Appear threatening, harassing or create content that may be harmful to minors.
• Make false claims about Current Naturals Products
• Use our products to promote other companies or businesses.

Linking Guidelines

• Only links provided by the Current Naturals Affiliate team can be used when advertising.
• Links CANNOT be used to be provided to an offer or coupon code websites.

If you are found violating either of these guidelines, your account will immediately be suspended or cancelled.

Coupon Guidelines

• Only coupon codes provided by the Current Naturals Affiliate team can be used when advertising.
• Coupon Codes CANNOT be used to be provided to an offer or coupon code websites.

If you are found violating either of these guidelines, your account will immediately be suspended or cancelled.

Advertising Guidelines

• You cannot use any of our “branded terms” logos etc. in your ad title or copy unless agreed up on in writing by both parties.
• Only content provided to you by CN Affiliate team can be used for ads. Example] images and callouts about products unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
• Your website, social media platforms, emails or ads CANNOT in any way resemble our website or brand in any way.
• You must follow guidelines set forth by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linked In etc. when using those platforms to promote our products.
• You CANNOT use any type of PPC (Pay per click) campaign.
• If you intend to promote a program via email campaigns, emails MUST come from you directly and must not reflect or imply that it’s being sent on Current Naturals behalf.
• We reserve the right to reject any ad that we find doesn’t fit our requirements.

Violations and Communication Policy

• We reserve the right to reverse any orders that we feel violated our terms and services agreement.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account that we feel violates our terms and services agreement.

Your account may be subject to suspension or cancellations for the following reasons:

• You violated the terms and services agreement.
• You are intentionally untruthful.
• You are unresponsive or do not respond in a respectful and timely manner when we reach out to you for further clarification.
• You cannot validate the source of your traffic.
• You are making false statements or claims about our products.
