We are always searching for new and exciting ways to incorporate CBD into your active lifestyle. This week, we got our hands on a delicious breakfast recipe that can make your daily dose of CBD more enjoyable. We will be showing you how to make a “Blueberry and Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding Infused with CBD”.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
  • 6 ounces yogurt (your preference!) plus a spoonful for garnishing
  • 1/2 Table spoon of honey
  • 1/2 Table spoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 1 Cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup of granola
  • 1 Dropper full of CBD tincture

Your next and final simple step will include a blender (or a mixing bowl) and a refrigerator.

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds, yogurt, honey, vanilla, almond milk, and 1-part blueberry.
  • Puree in blender
  • (Alternatively – Mix in mixing bowl, and mash berries with fork)
  • Let sit in the fridge for about 1 hour
  • Garnish with a scoop of fresh yogurt, fresh berries, and granola
  • Enjoy!
