This week, we got our hands on a delicious breakfast recipe that can make your daily dose of CBD more enjoyable. We will be showing you how to make a “Blueberry and Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding Infused with CBD”.
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 6 ounces yogurt (your preference!) plus a spoonful for garnishing
- 1/2 Table spoon of honey
- 1/2 Table spoon of vanilla extract
- 1 Cup of almond milk
- 1 Cup of blueberries
- 1/2 Cup of granola
- 1 Dropper full of CBD tincture
Your next and final simple step will include a blender (or a mixing bowl) and a refrigerator.
- Mix chia seeds, yogurt, honey, vanilla, almond milk, and 1-part blueberry.
- Puree in blender
- (Alternatively – Mix in mixing bowl, and mash berries with fork)
- Let sit in the fridge for about 1 hour
- Garnish with a scoop of fresh yogurt, fresh berries, and granola
